I SENT BACK A TOM TOM TO YOU ETC LAST WEEK AND STILL DID NOT GET NOTIFICATION THAT YOU RECEIVED AND CREDITED MY ACCOUNT FOR THE AMOUNT PAID INCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES.

Battery works perfectly, can go without charging for days. Price was also VERY reasonable. Would definitely purchase same battery again.

Shipping was very timely. Expensive though. This battery lasts longer than the original, which came with the phone. The phone, if off the hook with minimal use last up to 12-15 days, sooooooo long we have to think about ,,,,,when will the phone die. LOL

And the replacement batteries are deliberately overpriced. I recommend buying a phone that uses a standard rechargeable battery -- Consumer Reports has identified several Example: VTech ev 2625. A consumer rebellion is called for.

Battery is very high quality. The one I replaced lasted almost 3 years, and I didn't take care of that one very well. Excellent quality.
