Sound fades out. Poor phone book. No human support.

 

1. If background noise gets loud (my kids yelling in the background) the RECEIVER volume goes down. That makes no sense. If there is background noise, it LOWERS the volume in my ear. I'm guessing that it's incorrectly applying some automatic gain...

Reasonably priced. sound works OK with a headset and sound cancelling mic
