I love this phone except I can not use my headset with it. The previous version of the exact phone had the headset feature and I loved it. Also the sound quality is moderate. The volume does not increase as I hit the button to increase it.

I bought it and I was really unhappy with the product. It really unclear and not user friendly.

Multiple handsets are very nice, especially that they don't require a phone jack to plug in. We have really enjoyed this phone and answering machine. There are many different ringtones and you can set them to play different songs for different callers

This set of phones was very easy to set up and learn to use. They look great and work great so far. They come with more functions than I think I will ever use and feel comfortable to the grip-maybe just a tad too small. And they reach a good distance...

The only bad thing I must say so far is that the wall mount is very awkward. It mounts like an L shape, so I just set it on top of a rack instead
