I have had this phone for 3 years without problem but now the hand held will not work and I am being told that the whole phone and base must be repurchased. This is wrong and very poor service.

Purchased this product for my Mom and she absolutely loves it. Now she does not have to run toward any phone because she has one with this under the cabinet radio and it's cordless yahooooo she is very greatful to have both radio and phone all in one....

PROs: saves counter space place in most convenient spot for you good answering machine low profile under cabinet CONs: radio does not work (I don't need radio anyway) reception quality could be better learning curve for family to be able to return...

The phone gets lousy reception. It has this huge thing that plugs in to any electrical outlet and the phone jack. The actual phone doesn't have to be near the phone jack. We've replaced the battery several times in about a year. I'm looking around...

Great idea to have all functions in one.

poor design makes the unit frustrating

Doesn't need to be located near phone jack.Caller ID on both base and handset

Horrible radio, Caller ID fails on base frequently.

Definitely a space-saver, large digital display, radio included in design.

Poor sound quality for speaker phone, bad reception with radio antenna, problems w/ answering machine.

2 1/2 items in one unit.

No alarm feature.
