I purchased one of these phones more than a year ago. It has been great. I chose it because of the adjustable volumne which is helpful. This June when I needed to replace a different cordless I again purchased this same phone. Very good product.

For a low priced phone, this has been great, easy to dial using one hand, fairly easy to read caller ID screen, volume level is good. I only wish for a longer battery life, though it is not bad, but all cordless phones have a too short battery life...

Great phone for the elderly! Phone has "big numbers" and volume settings for the hard of hearing. Also wireless is a plus so you do not have to worry about cords or extensions
