My wife bought one of these at Sharper Image. Within two weeks, the display on the handset malfunctioned. She took it back for an exchange of the same phone. Three weeks later, the same malfunction. The 2nd time she got a refund.

I bought this phone and am VERY disappointed.The display is impossible to get adjusted correctly for adequate viewing in changing light conditions and the radio sounds extremely "tinny" and weak.Don't waste your money on this product !!
