Great phone for the elderly! Phone has "big numbers" and volume settings for the hard of hearing. Also wireless is a plus so you do not have to worry about cords or extensions

This thing doesn't have a headset jack. Shoot. That makes it no good for basic home office application. The mistake is mine, so, based on other reviews, I'm rating it five stars, even though I may be returning mine.

The phone is perfect for my Mom who doesn't wear her hearing aids as she should. One feature missing is an automatic hang-up which is great for the elderly who forget to push the "off" button. But value and performance is excellent
