Nice phone but I still find the sound muffled if I use the bone conduction, which I find only works pressed to my ear. Works well with my hearing aid when switched onto loop but could I have bought a cheaper phone that does the same? Speaker phone...

I bought this phone for my mother as she is becoming increasingly hard of hearing. She already has a phone which has an extra loud handset but still managed to tell my father that the hospital had rung about his appointment when it was the vet calling...
