Panasonic Answering System

Panasonic Answering System

I was a little leery about ordering a used electrical product. But I am extremely happy with how fast I received the product and it is in perfect condition.

Good phone, but terrible battery management

Good phone, but terrible battery management

I've had other Panasonics in the past and have been happy with them. After a few years I grew frustrated with the way batteries would die unexpectedly. This one is no different. Actually, it's worse. The phone will display 2/3 bars, but right in...

Great phone system

Great phone system

We've had this phone now for about 9 months and it's really been fantastic. We bought the two phone system to start, and then bought an additional single handset to add to it. Adding it was a piece of cake. I got this phone because I have only one...

Good Phones

I bought these for my Mom as a gift- she loves them. They were a good deal also.

Nothing lower than 1 star.

Nothing lower than 1 star.

Within a few weeks, the handset started to lose connection with the base. You could be sitting within five feet of the base, and still have the connection dropped. Later, we tried to switch handsets - the "upstairs" one, with the base unit. That worked...

Good phone for the money

Good phone for the money

The message playback is a bit clunky, but once you get on to it, it's not a problem. Otherwise, a good phone that is clear and can be carried anywhere in OUR house and still sound good. Buy it if you are looking for a decent, clear phone at a bargain...

Great phone system!

Great phone system!

This answering system is everything I wanted. It is easy to set up and use. The dual handset gives you an extension in another room that can be used as an intercom. The built in alarm clock, phone book, and optional wall mount are other nice...

Product Specifications

5.8 GHz Expandable Digital Cordless Phone with All-Digital Answering System, Night Mode, Light-Up Indicator, Call Waiting Caller ID and 2 Handsets. Now you can program each handset to ring - or not - at your discretion. Before going to sleep, simply set the bedside handset to Night Mode so that it won't ring in your bedroom. In the meantime, the handset in the den will still ring when that important call comes in without disturbing the person who's sleeping. Everybody becomes accustomed to Caller ID and its ability to let you see who's calling before you answer the phone. But what happens when you're already on the phone and another call comes in on Call Waiting? Until now, you wouldn't know who was beeping in unless you answered it. With Call Waiting Caller ID2, you get the best of both worlds. So now when you get a beep, you can see who's calling before you answer. With two handsets (one base and one charger) and the option of adding up to two additional handsets - all while using only one base and one phone jack - go ahead and put one in the den, the kitchen, the master bedroom and the living room so you won't have to make a run for it when the phone rings. Don't miss important calls when the ringer is off. The Light-Up Indicator with Ringer Alert at the base of the antenna will flash quickly to show that you have an incoming call, and it will flash slowly to let you know you have a new message. So turn off the ringer and never miss a call.
