Easy to hold ; Good light up to keys

very poor quality sound - even with booster on I find it difficult to hear callers - I am NOT deaf ; quiet ring ; difficult to read the instructions

Ringer volume not very loud even at maximum setting. Quick-dial numbers a bit fiddly to set up

Very good value for money, would reccomend to anyone, also the large buttons are a huge bonus to my grandmother as it means she no longer has to wear her glasses each time she wants to make a phone call

Just exactly what I was looking for its for my mum who has very poor eyesight. She really likes it and I was looking for a phone with big buttons and easy to use

Buttons could still be bigger they still are small and volume is not that good. Her old phone same company but buttons were big although it's says big buttons but it's not

Handset lights up bright blue even all the buttons nice and loud
