We needed phones that we had easy excess to no matter where we were sitting in our apt.because we both are getting old and have walking problems! these phone work out GREAT! The price was RIGHT!

8 months and the phones stopped working, cannot call out with them, so I would not recommend them to anyone,

Answering machine has no audible feature to hear who's calling...menu feature more complicated that it needs to be. If you get frustrated easily, or have little patience, you will not like this phone. Good, solid contruction, link strong, range excellent.

AFTER CALLINTG CS 2X i COULD NOT GET THE ANSWER MACHINE TO OPPERATE, i AM SENDING THE PHONES BACK.

I like the fact that the base is compact. and that I don't have to listen to the messages, unless I chose to. No problem, and I can see the names that come up very easily. It was time for an update, and I'm glad I choose this Motorola. Thank you.
