very good handset, with dead battery

Every part of the telephone system works as advertised however, the battery on one of the hand sets was dead after about a year of use. The base hand set and answering machine continues to work OK.

Best phone system I've seen so far

 

We got this phone system for Christmas. The system includes 4 cordless phones, but the chargers have cords. First, you plug the chargers in and charge the phones for 6 hours. There is a "CHARGE" light on the chargers so that you know when the phone is ...
