This was to replace an older model, I find the new one as efficient as the previous model that I had only one complaint against this model.

Only one bad point. The phone book inside the phone will only hold 50 numbers. By the time you put all your contacts in there is not enough room for all the numbers. Most people have a mobile number as well and this doubles up the number you need to save....
