When the handset arrived without instructions you were very helpful and your response was swift.My only complaint is that I find the ringtone very quiet unless I am in the same room as the phone.

Excellent digital phone for the money. The only downside is that you have to scroll the whole alphabet to get to the number you want to call, otherwise no complaints.
