Panasonic KX-TG9331T: A decent home phone with more features than you need

I bought a Panasonic KX-TG9331 cordless phone three years ago and have been using it as my primary phone ever since. It's a basic re-chargable cordless with a "base unit" and a "handset," and an "answering machine" included in the base unit. You can...

good base to handset range; good battery life; dependable; feature-packed

relatively poor sound quality, especially from the answering machine

Very good buy

I have an earlier version of this phone and I always wished it had several things different. When I got this model it had corrected those and added more I hadn't even thought about. Lighted numbers and able to control the volume, I didn't know it...

Beware - battery and connection problems within a few months

I've read other reviews and I have to say I have exactly the same problem. Phone worked fine for the first few months. After a while one of the phones wouldn't connect once in a while. Then it got worse. Then 2 phones. Now all 3. Now none of them...

This phone is CRAP

This phone is CRAP

This is absolutely the WORST phone I have ever owned. The battery level will show fully charged and then go instantly to "charge phone for 7 hours" message. If it's off the base, showing a full charge, it will ring once and then show a message that...

Truly a piece of crap.

Truly a piece of crap.

I have had several Panasonic cordless phones over the years. This latest one was a gift to my by my mother who was tired of using my partially broken handset. I have not used any Panasonic electronics that were this bad. Specifically I am refering to...

Product Specifications

The KX-TG9331T is a DECT 6.0 expandable digital cordless phone with all-digital answering system, call block, night mode, talking caller ID / talking alarm clock / talking battery alert and light-up indicator. DECT 6.0 (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) technology lets you move freely around your home with long range and amazingly clear sound. It also assures greater protection against eavesdropping for all your calls. Operating in the 1.9GHz frequency range, your phone will not conflict with other wireless devices such as computer routers, wireless keyboards, microwave ovens and other common household devices. Panasonic's KX-TG9300 series DECT phones boast a talking alarm clock that will tell you when it's time for lunch, and a talking battery alert that politely tells you when your battery is low with a "please charge phone" reminder. You can program each handset to ring - or not - at your discretion. Before going to sleep, simply set the bedside handset to night mode so that it won't ring in your bedroom. In the meantime, the handset in the den will still ring when that important call comes in without disturbing the person who's sleeping.
