Do not buy if you have Vista as your operating system.

I wish Panasonic would be more responsive to their customers. I wasted a lot of time trying to make this work to no avail. I now know I wasted my money on this ......

Don't BUY it if your OS is VISTA

Above says it all... a great product UNLESS you run VISTA. Panasonic really needs to develop drivers for Vista as many are upgrading to this new OS and many new computers are loaded with Vista.

I like the product alot, but I can't believe they don't have drivers for VISTA

I like the product it worked great with my desktop running XP. However when I tried to use it on my laptop with VISTA nothing!! Found out on Skype forum that other users had the same issue. Went to Panasonic website, NO driver for Vista provided
