Read Instructions

If the users would read the instructions, they would have a better experience. You can use multiple handsets at the same time, using the intercom function, it's in the instruction book!

I would not purchase this product again.

I was disappointed in the quality of this telephone. Voice quality is poor. Speaker quality is also poor.

Take these reviews with a grain of salt, most bad reviews are from customers who dont understand how to use a product.

Good Sound

Consumer review by:

Looks sleek, but poor sound quality.

This is a good looking phone. But the sound quality is not good. I called Phillips to see what i could do. They said change it out with another from the store. I did this and the same problem. sound was like it was digitally affected, coming from a tin...

Poor quality of sound

Poor Sound Quality

Seems to be a good phone so far...

We've only had the phone for a couple of weeks and it allows for great flexibility, but I cannot fairly make an assessment without using it more often.

Compact design

Yes! I agree. LacBattery does not hold

Nearly 2 years of use. In the middle of conversation, the voice drops off, only to find out the battery is dead. This is after just coming out of the phone cradle/charger overnight. Really. it's a well known company but the product with all respect...

Lacks Features, Poor Battery Life, Poor Sound Quality

the stupidest phones on earth

Despite having three handsets, only one handset can be used at a time. So, people can't pick up an extension to join a call. Philips claims this is normal. I claim it is ridiculous.
