Bought for my father-in-law. He can now hear the phone ringing, he also sounds alot clearer on the phone. Only down side is that the buttons are a bit footery and if not on the correct way the pieces of paper fall out.

I got the phone for an elderly relative. She likes it and it does the job. The picture buttons were a little awkward to take off and fill and the amplified audio is loud but picks up a lot of 50 Hz buzz. Otherwise good.

Good product but fitting pictures fiddly for the elderly who this phone is marketed at , thus reduced rating for this only
