Very happy.

Works great. Clear crisp sound. Appears as a Polycom Speaker and Microphone device. No solftware install. Worked with Office Communicator and Live Meeting 2007. The mute and volume buttons work fine. The pickup and hangup buttons are not used by any of...

About my only complaint on this device is that the USB cable is very light-weight and permanently attached. I worry that someone is going to dammage or clip it when they close the back / stand and fail to line it up with the cable notch. I wish the...

Only works with Office Communicator

I sure hope that newegg starts carrying the C100S which is what I should have bought instead of this unit.

Great form factor, quality build, good sound

Only works with Office Communicator, which should be at least mentioned in the specifications or description. The pickup/hangup buttons do not work with other software, no alternative software is supported

Polycom CX100 Speakerphone - USB VoIP desktop hands-free

Freaky great little boxes. Loud and clear performance and the portability is fantastic. Never thought of using them as audio points for overflow rooms. Will have to try that!

Polycom CX100 Speakerphone - USB VoIP desktop hands-free

These are neat little units and are worth the money for something simple and mobile. If all of our conference rooms are full someone will grab one of these and go sit in the kitchen or basement to do a quick call. I like these all polycom devices.

Polycom CX100 Speakerphone - USB VoIP desktop hands-free

The sounds quality is excellent and portability as well. I have purchased one for all Directors to use for conferencing and have had no complaints. The price is also pretty good. Works well with Windows 7.

Polycom CX100 Speakerphone - USB VoIP desktop hands-free

Plug and Play? I think not. This device definitely needs drivers. The last set was 2.9.3 and thats the last there will ever be. Otherwise, these are great units. I own 2 of these.

Polycom CX100 Speakerphone - USB VoIP desktop hands-free

One of the first things I noticed is their claim of Ultimate Portability. The speakerphone comes with it's own travel bag and all parts are self-contained. For instance, it has an integrated USB cable that stores inside the unit.

works great

I bought this for hosting Skype teleconferences. We've used it successfully for a while. It even works ok when you have a regular Polycom active in the same room.
