This is a great phone, but it lacks the customer support that our higher-ranked devices have.

This phone works great just like the one supplied with the answering machine.

We bought a base and 3 handsets, had to exchange one handset immediately. The clips on them broke within 2-3 months. Sound quality was good for 7-ish months, though increasingly here in the last three static is becoming an issue.

The only real downside is switching between lines. The button is small and hard to see if your not used to it.
