Wireless phones.

 

Good range, 300 feet from base, and speaker phone operation on base and individual phone for hands free is great. Can't beat the price and free shipping was cool too

If your going to mow a field (and take away a rat's shelter) then set out a bunch of rat traps. The rat also destroyed a head gasket set for my brother's Toyota 22R rebuild project :D

The range on these handsets are nice. Better than a corded telephone. Can page the handsets from the base (in case you lose them). The base station has an answering machine system

An angry rat (Dad mowed field...and a rat moved in) chewed into the power cord for the charging dock.......Dad shot rat with .22 caliber rat-shot....the rat dies....I fix the power cord....we're happy
