I bought this to integrate with my venerable S1 Colour Gigaset handsets which it does very well - there is a useful compatiblity guide on the Siemens site. The plastic casing is rather cheap and lightweight and I fear that it may not survive a drop...

We are very pleased with our new Siemans phones, only had a problems setting up the base stations and had to contact Siemans direct.
