BROKEN- "EXTERNAL" CALLER ID FOR EVERYONE- WILL NOT REPAIR/REPLACE AFTER 12 MONTHS- NEED TO PURCHASE NEW- HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR SOME TIME I BELIEVE- SOUNDS LIKE IT IS A RECURRING PROBLEM!

The Worst For The Money

This phone may look slim, trim and elegant but it does not deliver as expected. The phone response very slow to touch commands. The screen will lock up and you will have to take off the battery to get it to function again. It will not allow you to obtain a dial tone before dialing a number. The processor in this phone is extremely slow!!

Great home base but needs better remote phones

If all you need is one home base, then this is a great buy . . . but the cost of the remote phones is high compared to the sale price of the base unit. Also features used on the base unit (like call screening) do not always apply to the remote phones....
