Lasted only 1 month and then just quit working. Handset no longer would communicate to the base. Don't buy. Get something reliable.

This phone is not as bad as I originally thought. If you get it for nothing, as I did, or pay a couple of bucks for it, the 150 minutes of free long distance alone make it worth getting. I would up my rating to three stars, based on value for money...
