This is just one phone in a system. That said, the system works well. Range is good. Battery life is very good. Phone features are a little arcane, but they're all there. You won't be disappointed.

I bought five uniden headsets and, less than a year later, three consistently fail (i.e., disconnect, immediately run out of power though they've been charged for hours). I'm really disappointed with these phones and won't buy uniden again.

This is a fantastic add-on device for my exsisting system. Its not the color screen like the others, but its got the features to take advantage of. Like listening to messages, direct link, and room monitor.

Setup couldn't have been easier. Just plug it in, let it charge for a day and then put the headset in the base unit for 5 seconds and it's registered.
