Poor sound quality could not hear other party well.

Listed as a refurb. Cost <$30. Dead battery. Had to buy another battery for $10. Caller ID doesn't work. Phone itself rings and works.

The phone was missing some screws on the back; however, the seller was very willing to send these to me. Although I have not received them at this time, I am sure they will be sent. Nice looking unit.
