I bought two of these items. On receipt I opened one and found that it did not work. Due to time constraints imposed by my employ, I just did not get an opportunity to return the item. It's probably too late to do anything now!

I bought two of these battery packs for my BT phones at home, and they hold their charge so well. The price from Amazon is great compared to high street stores, so can really recommend.
