This handset offers good sound quality, but there are Yahoo! dual phones on the market that are far better-looking and easier to install.

Good sound quality. Easy switching between Yahoo! and analog calls. You can add up to three additional usb711 handsets.

Confusing installation. Lacks color screen. You must be signed in to Yahoo! on a PC. No Mac support.
