VT-2431 is a retired model

Fine if it works

Vt-2431 is a retired model and new models are not downward compatible with 2431 handsets

Vtech problems

This phone has many features that are attractive: lcd display, phone book / memory, etc. However, the phone book is not shared, so if you enter info in one handset it is not on the other and you either have to input the info twice or go get the other ...

Good display and great speaker phone on handset.

Battery Life is TERRIBLE!!

Just bought this phone

I have just purchased this VTECH phone from my local retailer. I usually steer away from VTECH phones as I have owned several in my past and was never really pleased with them. Nevertheless, I purchased another one hoping that Vtech had improved on...

Lots of great features and expandability. Good design.

Tone has somewhat of a hiss. Earpiece volume not very loud (even when turned up).
