Solid Adapter

Install was straight forward.

Works as advertised. This is my second Skype adapter, the first being a D-Link which had horrible driver issues and eventually stopped working with Skype. Seems like its a little faster at connection that the D-Link as well

Un Plugged The Telco

My business is web based so an internet number makes perfect sense, the computer is always working. This adapter lets me use quality cordless phones in the office and at home for the same number.

Works with my SKYPE number and cordless phones. The adapter, phones, and 1 year paid up number cost about 2 months of the old telco business bill. You have to enter a few extra numbers to make a call, this becomes routine in a few days so no big deal....

Not the same as a wired phone. Needs the occasional re-boot that is a matter of unplugging and plugging the USB cord. Keep your cell phone around for 911 service

decent solution

Go to Zoom's website and download the latest drivers! I'm running Win7 X64 with a relatively new Vtech handset

Simple concept, inexpensive, achieves what is advertized

Driver problems - Included drivers didn't work and their Windows 7 drivers didn't either. Had to use Vista drivers on Win7. On and off voice distortion. Tested with other headsets and it did not continue. It has to be the adapter or the combination of...

Amazing Device

Used head sets and Dual link wireless skype phones in the past and none compares in phone quality to this device. Setup was a breeze and I was up and running in just a few minutes.

neat little thing

You only need the ## if you have it wired to both skype and the telco. I will probably devote an old laptop to running this full time and if it is reliable I will be ditching my landline forever.

This is a clever little device which enables you to use all your existing phones with skype. Highly recommended

The need to put the prefix ## 00 and * for send is a bit tiresome. It would be nice if you could change these fields to choose your own characters, but I suspect these are required by skype/pstn

i must agree it is unreliable.

at first i was very excited about the product. but now that i have used it a few times, it is clear it is unreliable. it has dropped lines a few times with skypeout and skypein, which worked in the beginning, does not any longer. i plan to return this...

great freedom skype w/no usb cord!! An its a ZOOM product!

When dialing it requires you use ## 001 and then * to send. a small price when i think of the freedom to move around the room and down while far down the hallway on skype now. One thing thing i havent figured out is how to scroll through your contact...
