It works great....never used a sonic b4. I'm sure my dentist is happy about this.!!!

This toothbrush is not effective in cleaning your teeth unless you use it like a regular toothbrush and do all the work. The brush doesn't rotate it only vibrates. I found it worthless and not worth the money. Don't be fooled into buying it!
