good value

 

Runs smooth, minimum garbage pre- installed. No hardware or software issues out of the box.. good system for the price

There's no case fan. (Only a power supply fan and cpu fan) your probably wanna upgrade the video card at some point if your a hardcore gamer

Only 4 gigs of ram? What?!

 

Honestly, it seems like a nice computer but I can't wrap my head around how the product can promise 12 gigs of ram but only have 4. Manufacturing or assembly error maybe? I don't know but it is very upsetting.

It seems completely functional and fast, looks nice

For some inexcusable reason, it has 4 gigs of ram and not the promised 12 gigs I was looking for. I'm hoping this gets resolved quickly
