You can not find support from ACER for this product when it comes to Audio and Video. The reason, according to an ACER customer service rep is that this systmem does come with HDMI port. That's weird right, however you can figure it out, some how this ...

Have always brought Acer but not any more as ... 

Good speed for price

The HDMI function on this box does not work because it is disabled due to the installation of a very low quality dedicated graphics card. HDMI is plastered all over the box and stickered to the box which frankly seems fairly fraudualent to me
