Acer AspireRevo R3610 Nettop PC

Take a low-power, silent desktop, and stuff it with netbook components. In the case of the re generally serviceable for basic browsing and e-mail tasks, the R3610's nVidia Ion graphics also give it media-center potential--as does its compact...

Ion graphics/accelerated Flash 10.1 video ; HDMI output

No optical drive ; 2GB extra RAM is your only upgrade possibility

Acer's media-centric nettop offers Ion graphics, HDMI output, and high-speed networking.

Acer AspireRevo R3610-U9012

As before, the system can be mounted on its included stand, which is sort of like a kickstand or a foot. When on the stand, the system is tilted toward the user, who can plug USB and media cards in easily. The system's eSATA port is also on the front,...

Compact. Quiet. Dual-core Atom. HDMI port. Includes wireless keyboard and mouse. Compact USB speakers. 802.11b/g/n WiFi. Nvidia ION graphics. VESA mountable. Nice price. eSATA port

Other Atom-powered nettops are smaller. Bloatware. Love-it-or-leave-it styling (which if you don't like, you can hide this nettop). Only 60-day subscription to McAfee AntiVirus

If it weren't for the bloatware, the Acer AspireRevo could be considered the epitome of ultra-small form factor nettop PCs. Regardless, it's got the right combination of computing speed, features, packed in hardware, and price.

Acer Aspire Revo R3610-U9012

This slick-looking nettop will appeal to users with serious space constraints who need a PC that can handle the basics and perhaps some light gaming.

Affordable; compact, stylish design; smooth HD-video playback; energy-efficient

Lacks display; sluggish performance; limited upgrade potential

Although the Aspire Revo is certainly affordable, when you factor in the cost of a display, you’re paying about as much as you would for a budget desktop system like Acer’s own Aspire AX3810, which offers twice the CPU horsepower and comes with a...

Excelent for Big Screen access onto the nternet.

I didn't want to invest in another set top box, that only accessed some on line content, or wait for the next thing comming. This nettop does everything I wanred it to. Wireless remote (mouse and keyboard) wi-fi connect, and acess to Netflix, Hulu, You...

Bought the Acer Revo 3610 to use as a media seriver to hookup to my 60" HD Sony. After installing Flash 10.1 and the latest driver for the Video card, all is working beter than I had hoped it would. Watching on line video in HD is outstanding

It came with wireless a 802.11g card. a 802.11n would have been better ; Also too much free software pre installed

nice HTPC with easy setup

Setup was very easy. The wireless keyboard and mouse operate perfectly even though the key board seems a little flimsy. I have the PC on its stand hidden behind my Sharp 52" LCD attached with a HDMI cable. There are no problems with the sound. I have...

Works well as a browser, but not good for HD.

Disappointed it could not handle HD.

This little computer works well for users who just want the basics. My wife uses it for Internet, Facebook, and other simple task. It is small and quiet. Perfect for people who need a simple computer

I would not use this as a media PC. It CAN NOT handle HD video
