Acer Aspire AX1301-B1812

The Acer Aspire AX1301-B1812 tries its hardest to deliver a mix of good speed and appealing attributes, and it comes with a 20-inch widescreen display. Overall, however, the package stumbles in comparison with systems that are better configured and...

Above-average storage ; Strong connectivity for a budget PC

Lacks room for additional internal devices

The AX1301-B1812 delivers a lot, but whether it's a good value depends on how much you like the bundled display.

Acer Aspire X1301-B1812

If you are shopping for a value-priced PC in a small form factor, but don't want to buy a nettop your options are limited. Nettops have a great compact form factor, but suffers when it comes to performance, and while cheaper desktops will give you the...

Small form factor. Plenty of ports. Inexpensive. Monitor bundled with PC

Lackluster performance. Very limited expandability

The Acer Aspire X1301-B1812 is an inexpensive, small form factor PC that might make a good second PC if you can accept its limitations.

Acer Aspire AX1301-B1812

The Acer Aspire AX1301-B1812 has a mix of speed and other attributes, and includes a 20-inch widescreen display. The package has stats comparable with systems that are better configured and priced more competitively. Acer has priced it to be a decent...

Above-average storage power ; Strong connectivity for its price ; Multi format card reader

No room for additional internal devices ; Decent monitor, but some color issues

The Acer Aspire AX1301-B1812 has a decent combination of performance and connectivity, but lacks in the capacity department. When you purchase a PC, are you more likely to use it for a year and then buy a new one, or will you want to upgrade it in the...

Already

I honestly would of given it 5 eggs if it wasn't a Dell computer, but it's still a great computer that takes care of everything I need. I just hate Acer would really pull a stunt like this. And I hate Dell. SO F YOU! Oh 1 more thing, the keyboard is...

Not a bad computer considering the price. Here we go ; 1TB HDD (it was supposed to be 750GB) ; 2.7GHz Dual Core CPU ; 4GB DDR2 RAM ; NVIDIA GeForce 9200 GPU (good for integrated right?) ; Now all that said for only $400 is a steal for me (or at least...

Ok I haven't seen this in any other review so maybe it's only my PC but under my System Info in the Control Panel It's saying that my computer is a Dell Inspiron 1545 (that's not certainly what I paid for). So I pretty much got skimped out of an Acer...

Another good buy

If you are shopping for a computer that runs great and has fast internet connectivity then this is it. If you are looking to play COD4 or Metro 2033 then this is not your machine. Great for home or small business or for someone who doesn't need a beast...

Great price and nice computer. Bought it for a friend's home business and it is perfect. This is not your ultimate gaming rig but for a college student or small business this is great! Fast, small and easy to use

As many have said the mouse is pretty much worthless and the doors seem flimsy but they work and that's what counts. Vertical mounted dvd may take some getting used to but agian it works great

Great value for the money

This computer was purchased to use as a home theater PC, and it's perfect for that use. Not only does its performance exceed expectations, it fits perfectly in a limited space in my TV console with my surround sound system - it even looks good!

Decent graphics card for such a low-priced computer - I expected something more entry-level. 4GB RAM, dual-core processor, & 750GB HDD is a great value for the price. Onboard sound is adequate for my surround sound system. Small form factor is a big...

The keyboard and mouse that come with the computer feel a bit flimsy, but it's no big deal to me since I seldom use them - I bought a wireless media keyboard instead. Would be nice if the computer offered more expansion capability (memory is maxed at...

Love it!

As with any computer, don't just get in there and start eliminating programs/software. Also, make your backup disks right away. Many people fail to do this and simple problems cost customers who call people like me to repair their mistakes while paying...

Absolutely the way to go! I've had many computers in my time and I teach IT classes. This little guy is a powerhouse for what it cost. I love it

Good desktop PC

64bit OS is good, but sometimes it does have compatibility problem.

This PC is very small, very light, very quiet and with so many ports (9 USB, HDMI,and etc.) ; The HD drive is actually 1TB

GF 9200 or say nVidia. After the disaster of bad GF8400/8600, I am worried about the quality of GF video chips. But it should be able to last for more than 4 years ; The mouse is too cheap, it is hard to use

Excellent Value

This is used as media center pc for my xbox360

HDMI set up for 55 inch LCD screen simple and easy with sound through hdmi also. Quiet operation. Easy set up as media center pc for xbox 360

door for media card reader is flimsy and could break off easy

Great PC for my parents

Got it for my parents, and they love it. if you are a daily user who checks emails, pays bills, watches DVDs and what not, this is perfect! dont' buy it for gaming, obvioiusly.

My parents had me shop for a PC for them. They budgeted $750 and when i said i spent $400 they couldn't believe it. I am very pleased with this PC and so are they. It does exactly what the specs say and is perfect for surfing the web, using email,...

There are none. How anyone could complain about this computer is beyond me
