its easy and good if you dont have much space in the house.

had problems linking it to my printer and also wish it came with microsoft word.

sluggish and software issues when operating updates for windows 8.1

it loads very quickly which is great

when doing updates it can take several hours, not what you want when you have work to do also have had problems with the keyboard not working

The computer broke after 5 days, turned it off one night, turned it on the next morning and never worked again

would have been nice to have built in bluetooth as standard and wireless keyboard and mouse!

Compact and takes up little space. Information in the help menu is easy to follow. I just love my new computer.

Sound from the speakers has no base so I don't enjoy listening to music on the computer.

Large clear screen . not computer minded but can move around quite easily

Slow to start up . computer keeps updating then un updating which takes hours so can't get on computer.
