all good . easy to use and looks good . no wires anywhere to clutter up the place . like it

Tidy design, reasonably quiet despite the power in the device, touch screen

The software bundled took a while to un-install. Not a single item worth keeping. Box says it's a 5811, but the device itself claims it's a 5801 - appears to be a US/UK issue since the specs are correct

very easy to set up - literally plugged it in and it worked, found network etc; no trailing cables everywhere, takes up far less space than a tower unit; looks good on desk; having both wireless and wired network connections made transferring files...

too much unwanted software to uninstall; insufficient instructions - still haven't worked out how to use the remote or what for; insufficient memory for my use factory fitted but bought it knowing I'd need to add more - would suit most general users...

Keyboard a little flimsy

Very nice design

The keyboard is annoying and practically useless and should be replaced. For some reason the layout is changed with addtional keys on the right-hand side and the numeric keypad is touch based and light up and then disapears quickly and you are not sure...

64bit windows 7

IE9 is chronic without the option to roll back to IE8. Verges on monopoliation which MS are famous for ; really dissapointed in this machine compared with our other Z range office PCs
