#Spoiler: Got it for under $200. It absolutely doesn't stand up to touchless All-In-One $400 Lenovo & HP models, but for the price its an absolute delight with very minor learning curve. No, I would not get open box product, been the one RMA-ing my...

This is a replacement. First unit came in dead: no response to touch. Replacement took a little longer due to holidays, but it was 100% free, thank you Newegg. Price was the major factor, I took some risk, and it played out quite well. I've mounted the...

Doesn't support full range of Bluetooth devices, although would be supreme with a set of Bluetooth speakers. Not lightning fast, sometimes (rarely) apps freeze (that's Android to you), not much RAM (I would say barely enough). But I got it cheap.......

Overall if you get this really cheap and need a cheap touchscreen monitor and want something that you can do some very basic tasks on, this will work. But you need to keep your expectations very low. This is an old unsupported version of Android and...

Works as touchscreen monitor... sort of. Runs Android... sort of

As an Android tablet this unit is very poor. It's slow, it's laggy and its running an a very old version of Android and the manufacture abandoned this hardware just a couple of months after it was released. You will not be able to run much of anything...

Can not plug in the power adaptor.

It looks like a good quality monitor. Unfortunately I can not turn it on. I will have to RMA.

Don't know

Arrived DOA. I simply cannot plug in the power adaptor into the slot. Going to RMA

Android and concept of touch and low price was a dream

a pretty nice display at 1080p, I was able to connect by using a wire mouse but not with enclosed mouse and keyboard. The touch features just did not work, tried and tried, why I got it. Android was nice, only no touch. the top of screen was separated...

Out of the box Nothing the touch screen does not work and nothing connects, the Keyboard and mouse. It is useless

Not fit for sale.

I still havent got the micro HDMI port to work, I'm going to try another cable.

Bright screen. Boots acceptably fast. Video playback on HD is smooth, at least between the unit's spontaneous reboots. Kickstand is sturdy

Multitouch under Android is nearly unuseable; you'll have to make due with the mouse, which prevents the touchscree / multitouch. Except you need to touch the screen add odd times, like to switch to hdmi input. No instructions given but you can find a...

Bought 2

It is fun playing some games on a bigger screen. It is not a tablet and doesn't have a battery for mobility. I use it only for its browser to make it so customers can make Karaoke requests from a set location.

It's a touch screen over 20 inches. It's hybrid Am Kind le HD and Android 4.04 (Ice Cream Sand)

It's not a trued Android and uses a Acer home brewed version of Android. It's not as smooth Android 4.2. There is no way to change it to a pure Android Device. As a result Programs won't install Bejeweled, Angry Birds to name a few from the Play Store....

Not refurbished

Touchscreen does not work out of the box. Item was not refurbished. In order to use the set up menu the screen needs to work, obviously defective product. Only recourse is to exchange for another - will try it one more time, then that's it.

Not working as advertised

non-responsive touch

I had high hopes for this unit. Acer comes up with some innovative devices but they often seem a bit unfinished.

It sounded cool

It doesn't work! Powered on and stuck at language selection with NO method to proceed. I should know better than to purchase something if there is even one DOA or early fail review
