Says it comes with xp software, it didn't, asked Acer, who refered me to Newegg, asked Newegg who refered me to acer NO big problem, Vista works great on it

Overall, the machine performs excellently and seems to be rock solid. After pulling it out of the box installing all of my favorite apps and getting all the necessary updates from the web everything is still running smoothly and quickly
