we like this

we picked this because i wanted to install zoneminder on a stand alone computer. but i didnt want to spend too much on a computer that just sits there. first thing we did was install UBUNTU from a usb stick and installed zoneminder surveillance...

small easy to hide, runs cool, quiet, fairly fast nothing you could game with but good for someone that just gets on the net. good for music, movies

no cd/dvd ; linpus is ok but we went with Linux Ubuntu. that installs great from a usb

Great for Mom and Dad, if they like Linux

If you need a small, quick machine to do email and browse the web, then this the right one for you. If need to play CDs or DVDs and hate Linux, DO NOT buy this machine. This machine was really only for linux (Ubuntu, Fedora, Red Hat, etc.) NOT Win 7. I...

Quiet, Small....very small, good amount of hardware specs, easy install of Ubuntu (recommended), Lots of USB plugs (bootable USB for Ubuntu), Provides a ISO of the OEM Linux image for restore

No CD drive (i knew about this), Linux that was installed was a joke

Nice Compact PC

I immediately installed Ubuntu Linux, and is working like a charm. Of course, you can install Windows if you want to. (I personally prefer Ubuntu).

Small compact size, comes with VESA mount bracket; so can be mounted directly on back of monitor. Adequate processor & RAM to do all ordinary tasks. Low power consumption, totally quiet

Not really a con - but installed Linpus Linux version is too "stripped down" for my liking
