Great computer

Newegg was the computer in 2 days even though I used standard shipping.. and was a breeze to setup worth the wait

great bang for the buck...setup was easy and exceeds my expectations

Excellent value.

Vista is not that bad. I don't understand why people blow it up, and if it is too intensive this computer can certainly handle it.

Very good straight out of the box. Can run just about anything you need without the need for upgrading. Great specs for the price. Everything runs wonderfully. Windows Media Center + TV Tuner is awesome

Had a dent in the back that is now restricting me from closing the case fully... I don't know who did it and its not that big of a deal its really just cosmetic

The price is right

When I first got this PC I also experienced no response at first when plugging it in. I opened up the case and realised that the main power cord to the motherboard had dislodged during shipping. To ppl who had the no VGA response: you don't need to buy...

This is a terrific value for a decent computer. I didn't really want to spend a mint but didn't want to get stuck with an e-box and this was just the right price for about what I was looking for. It really does run quiet - my former AMD desktop sounds...

The wiring could have been much cleaner and more secure, but it's really bunched in there to fit the smallish box. No power switch in the back - makes me wonder how cheap the power supply is. The keyboard/mouse/speakers are pretty lame, you'll want to...

Great computer Great Deal

It is a great deal and the best computer i have ever bought

Best price i have seen for a quad core. it has a great amount of ram and hard drive space. Runs World of warcraft beautifully and Halo runs smooth too

VGA Port doesnt work with the ATI Graphics card so i had to buy a vga to dvi adapter. But that isn't a bad problem

Excellent once you get it working

When I received this computer it powered on, but that's all. There was no video signal being output. I spent 8 days with Acer phone support (which is worthless although they do speak english) and online support (which was actually pretty good, but...

Fast at multitasking ; Great price ; 4GB of RAM ; 750 GB hard drive ; Quiet except when the fans speed up and burning a disc. It then makes a lot of noise

DVD drive is noisy when burning a disc ; No on-site warranty coverage. Must ship unit to Texas for service ; Basically no written documentation in the box ; The very bright blue power-on light is annoying in a dark room. It flashes in hybernation mode...

Found it weird at first that the OS was 32-bit running on 64-bit processors. I didn't know you could do that. You learn something new everyday.

Man it can rip a CD in no time flat

In sleep mode the BIG power button LED flashes and in the dark, in my livingroom, it is distracting while watching a movie, since it sits next to my TV

Very good computer

This computer is very fast right out of the box, It works flawlessly even though I have heard bad things about windows vista, it gives me no problems

I am disappointed that the ram is only 667 mhz, but its not much of an issue

Strange Monitor Problem

The computer appears to be working pretty flawlessly. This is not why I am reviewing this product

The VGA out from the motherboard WILL NOT work on account of the graphics card being installed. I've had two of these systems give me this problem. You will have to use the DVI from the graphics card. Also, the DVD drive on both units was unplugged...

Did Not Boot

Great specifications including a quad processor and sizeable ram/hard drive capacity for an unbeatable price. For those who want a decent pre-built system without spending a lot of money, this seems like a great bargain

Did not boot. Upon plugging in the power cord, the front blue Acer light flashed on/off and the fan on the back of the power supply turned on/off. Pressing on the front power button did not affect the flashing light or the power fan. Upon removing the...

So far I'm very pleased

So far... I'm very pleased with the computer. I've recommended NewEgg and this Acer deal to friends.

Vista is much more user-friendly than everyone had told me. The computer also comes with lots of free software and trials. Microsoft Office Suite 2007 was installed for a 90 day free trial. The computer flies through any operations

There is no documentation/manuals for the computer, which could be problematic for less experienced users ; Also, I originally had a monitor which I hooked up to the "blue plug" output. The HD video card overrides the standard card; so I needed to...
