Easy to setup. Easy to use. Instructions are excellent. Response for remote access is fantastic (may vary by ISP). Adding additional drives is simple and very easy to configure

Initial unit arrived with defective hard drive, but NewEgg replaced it with and advance exchange and the replacement was flawless

Once when you have problem, forget about support from Acer. They always direct you to paid support even when the product is under warranty. I am having software problems and they just don't care. I can't get RMA since software problem is not covered....
