The computer is good, fast in all ways.

Windows.1 is dreadful to negotiate, if I could get my money back I would. This computer with a different programme would be ideal

Case looked new. Unmarked smart modern styling. 2 Super-speed USB 3 sockets on the front plus 4 more USB 2 on the rear. Overall if I can downgrade to Windows 7 and sort the sound I will email very happy.

Windows 8 is horrible after using XP. it seems Microsoft agree and have released 8.1. Still can't get the sound system to function. 2 Gb ram on board is not enough. I have increased it to 8 Gb..

Keyboard is rubbish! Dark grey letters on black keys are hard to see,

internet connection unstable and very slow, loses work

Just getting used to it as it comes with Windows 8. What I like about it is that it is quick and you can find out most things you need to know by going to search.

The keyboard and mouse isn't so good as my previous one but I am getting used to keyboard now and kept my old mouse as it was wireless.

as a not very computer-savvy pensioner switching from old computer running windows xp I was nervous about using new windows 8 but I was amazed at how easy it was to set up and get started. Took a little while to get used to new layout and controls but...

'invisible' controls on screen difficult to master at first- a quick first-time on screen guide would have been helpful

I found this product very easy to use and I would recommend it to any one.
