PC Crashed and does not come with any recovery media or W 10 license#. Windows 10 requires a disk to boot up.

Total piece of garbage

I've used this computer less than 24 hours and I'm returning this junk. I love ASUS but this is a total piece of junk.

Honestly I upgraded from an AMD core 2 quad and this machine doesn't impress me. I thought it would be substantially faster and it's really not.

Hard drive is partitioned, why? I don't know. But Windows is on this tiny little partition so transferring over my picture, music and documents failed because even though I paid for 2T, I don't get to use it all. It's also very glitchy, I'm not sure if...

For the price on Newegg you can't beat it.

Owed two Asus PCs great luck with both and never a issue. If you add a SSD you'll be amazed at the speed.

Would liked to have a second bay for another DVD drive.

Solid box, but regret buying due to lack of PCI slot expansion

Stylish case, well built. I've had great luck with ASUS routers and this looks to be a solid machine with good internals. Great deal for an i7 with good video card and Windows pre-installed.

Lack of PCI slot expansion. You'll want an SSD as well that has to be purchased seperately.

Worked fine for 2 days, RMA'd for HD fail: taken more than 3 weeks

When it was working, my son was giving it quite a workout with his games. I wish I had contacted Newegg to avoid dealing with ASUS for replacement, I'd probably have had it back 2-3 weeks ago.

Fast system for the price, if it's working. Can't say more really, since I've only been able to use it for 2 days of the month I've owned it.

RMA service is extremely slow, requires the entire system be sent in (for a hard drive failure). Bought before thanksgiving, got a warning from the SMART system that the hard drive was about to fail on day 2 or ownership. Started the RMA process on Nov...
