Was asked to contact Asus. Well....

See my earlier review as far as the PC is concerned

I contacted Asus as per the instructions given on the "sorry you're having problem's" response. I received one email back, and that was it. I believe Asus has NO intention of correcting this problem that their own update site generated. Very discouraged

Computer okay, service not okay

I've always purchased Asus motherboards and have had really good luck with them. This is my first Asus PC. If the PC performs as well as their customer service, this is not going to be a good purchase.

Fairly decent computer, seems fast enough, and handles what I do fairly efficiently. I do some video editing, and that can be taxing on a PC. This one seems to handle it well

Asus service. I had to update Realtek Audio. I downloaded it from the Asus website, and made sure it was specific to my computer. Upon completion of the update, Waves MaxxAudio (came with the computer) had lost all functionality. Both Waves and Asus...

Excelent for the Price

Added a 500 GB SSD as a secondary drive. No issues opening it up and installing.

I was pricing similar configurations to see if building my own was more cost effective and this rig came in $200 cheaper + a $100 rebate ; Handles my games well so far. Getting 40 - 50 fps on Wildstar consistently

Came with malware installed

Great product, reasonable price

I was looking to get a computer with * or more gigs of ram and a graphics card with 2 or more gigs of graphics memory for under $1000. There was another asus with similar specs to this one that cost less, but it had a puny 300 V power supply that...

I use this for graphics intensive virtual world mmo's like Second Life. The 8gB memory, and graphic memory (listed at 3 gB) make for high fps (>100) at moderate graphics settings and livable fps at ultra settings. Same in WoW -- no lag, even in...

The asus manager window opens when you hit ctrl-c, within any program. If you do a lot of editing, this becomes annoying. I uninstalled the asus manager software, since I could not find a way to reassign the key bindings so that did not happen ; This...

High quality for a good price

The case is pretty quiet too even under heavy load. All around a very solid machine for an amazing value.

I started out looking for a high end system for gaming on ultimate settings, future proof to 1440K @120Hz (as soon as I can afford the monitor!). I thought my best bet was to build my own PC and began scouring the budget tech sites for components....

I couldn't beat the price of this system and the only cons are other compromises I had to make for affordability and not necessarily the fault of the system itself ; I would have preferred a small solid state drive for the OS and some games. Since this...
