Excellent for what its intended for! (Low end but excellent quality PC)

- I highly recommend this PC to anyone looking for the absolute best low end PC for normal daily browsing, or very light gaming. This PC is by far amazing for the current price tag of $380, pick it up while you can! It could also be used as a...

- Includes a decent low end video card (May be outdated, but at least it's not intergrated!) - Was relatively easy to setup - Did not include much bloatware at all surprisingly, I did however immediately uninstall McAfee as it's awful. - Very powerful...

- ASUS does not want you to open the case or else you're liable for all repairs (unless you pay them) - The ASUS website doesn't function properly when attempting to get Windows 10 drivers specifically for this PC (if you update) - The included...

Warning: Warranty Sticker Woes

Out of the box, the unit will not output to display. I tried VGA, DVI, and HDMI on multiple monitors. They don't even detect that they are plugged in to a computer. Most likely, the graphics card is bad or just needs to be reseated. After reading the...

-Unknown, as I am unable to get the unit to output to a display

- If you open the case, under any circumstance, from that point forward you are responsible for any manufacturing defects the system may have

So far, so good.

Haven't had too many complaints in the two days I have had it. The 8 cores is probably overkill for most people, but it is nice to have in case the future brings more programs that can use them all efficiently. I would have gladly traded a couple of...

Great price for what you get. Great for light gaming

Cache size could be higher.

nice size box with top processor (FX-8300 with heat sink and fan)) and discrete 1GB video card (Radeon R5)

i'm very happy with this machine, video editing can take a lot of processing power, this machine does it without the slightest complaint. getting it at $419 made me even happier!

i chose this box over the M32BC because of the 4 front panel USB, i need them easily accessed (i use wired keyboard and mouse, add printer, external HDD and all the back panel USB2 are used up)...but i have 1 TB less HDD in exchange. various items will...

bloatware is measured in truckloads. when i started the machine there was approx 750GB free space. the first thing i did was an upgrade to and clean install of Windows 10, after which i had 930GB free space. see what i mean? really bugged i can't open...

Fast, quiet, good value for the money.

If you are satisfied with the specs as-is, then I would definitely recommend it. If you want the ability to upgrade it, then stay away.

The unit is very fast, not too much bloatware, and well made. I like the front USB 2 and 3 ports. The fans are very quiet. It was nice that they included a mouse and keyboard also. The new BIOS has a nice graphic design and very easy to "tweak"....

The BIGGEST complaint is that if you open it up, you void the warrantee. I have been building systems for years, mainly using Asus motherboards. Why is it still under warrantee when you have more of a chance installing your own CPU, power, memory and...

2nd Review

The C partition needs to be larger coming out of the box. 160 gigs is not big enough.

Changing my review. The customer was thrilled with the machine. This machine would cost over 700.00 dollars to build from scratch. Always loved Asus products. Motherboard are the best. Solid machine. Very fast.No probems upgrading to Windows 10.

Just would not read my disk director 12 disk on the boot up. Read my Windows 10 DVD, My Flash Media, Read my Disk Director 12 on my 2 other Asus machines 1 was using a similar bios.

Great machine But

I do not know why they set the partition to only 160 GB. I need to use Disk Director to change the size but I can not boot to the cd rom. I'm frustrated..any help ASUS?

Great specs and I got it for a great price plus a free set of head phones. Machine is fully loaded

The UEFI bios will not see my CD Rom. Tried disabling the uefi bios. Checked all the settings. I will have to call ASUS on Monday. Weird because I have the same bios on one of my other machines and did not have any problems I need to boot to a usb...

Good buy

Good computer for the money. Not loaded with a bunch of junk ware.

Maybe not enough USB ports. Not being able to open the case for a year as it will void the warranty is definitely a bummer. Thus I can't add a USB card.
