reliable computer

bought this machine for a month now and mostly been using only for editing and burning avchd home movies using my canon hd 10850p camera.i am using cyberlink power director 11 ultimate software for editing and installed LG GGW-H20L super...

fan a little bit noisy but still acceptable

Good, fast, machine, quality build

I haven't decided about Windows 8 yet. It has some good features, but it is pretty clearly a kludgy effort to unite two different OS strategies. I will try 8.1 and see if that helps.

Not sure if this is a pro or a con, but my first version was DOA. Great effort by Avatar support to fix it, but required a RMA from Newegg. RMA was easy, and computer was replaced within a week at no cost. Still, having to do the return cost an egg ;...

As mentioned in other reviews, the video card blocks the other slots, so adding a card (I wanted to add a USB3 card) can't happen

Best Buck For Your Dollar

Runs great. Plays all my games on high settings without any lag. I'm not a hardcore gamer, but I do play games(LoL, Vindictus, Steam) and I gotta say this desktop is a real great buy. If you're wondering whether or not you should get this desktop, just...

Fan is kind of loud. I didn't really mind it at first, but it gets a bit annoying sometimes. Will most likely add in an extra fan ; The keyboard and mouse is very generic. I recommend getting another keyboard and mouse if you wanna feel comfortable...

Great Deal for the price

Thoroughly impressed with this setup and the price 10/10 would recommend.

Lightweight, well build, looks great ; Runs everything we want, and probably more as stuff comes out ; We got this as a replacement for a less than desirable laptop used for gaming ; No problems at all yet

Windows 8 is weird ; Lightweight as a whole may make it easy to move unintentionally

Good price for the power.

Windows 8 is nowhere near as bad as it is made out to be. After just a week of use, it's more like using Win 7 with a few more features

Needs additional fans

Good components minus faulty GPU

Windows 8 isn't too bad once you get used to it. Don't fear about buying this just because of that. I'd worry more about the GPU, but I bought this because of all of the stellar reviews so I guess I just had bad luck on that. I've currently sent this...

Fast six core processor, a great 16 gigs of ram, and a 1TB HDD is more than enough for the average gamer. When I did get a chance to play it, only on Diablo 3, it ran awesomely smooth and high 50-60+ with everything on high at my monitors 1680x1050...

The GPU started having driver issues only a couple hours into use. I stopped playing Diablo, went to desktop and started browsing the web when I suddenly had "driver has crashed and recovered" several times, until it didn't recover anymore. PC...

Really good entry-level PC

For $650, I'm really, really happy with this purchase. I have concerns about upgrading this in the future as I expect it will probably need a new power supply and motherboard to keep up, but out of the box this thing is an absolute beast.

Really solid specs - runs LoL at 60+ FPS on highest settings, handles BF3 on high as well (doesn't quite get there on Ultra settings, but I think that's to be expected), I'm able to output audio to my 5.1 system via the HDMI out on the video card which...

Windows 8 is kind of a pain to get used to but supposedly will becoming more user-friendly pending the 8.1 update, the blue LED light on the front of the case is really bright and probably will be seeing a piece of electrical tape in the near future,...
