Acer LX.WV202.003

I use to try to use this computer for internet research and various personal things such as banking. At first it would take two to five attempts to get the computer to boot up. After a call to tech support where they had me take it back to the original settings it only took two tries to boot up. Now it won't boot at all. This computer has been is use about 5 weeks. I was told if taking it back to the original settings did not work I would have to ship it to Acer. Just what I want, to be without a computer for weeks. Think I will just trash it. Thankfully I have a netbook to use until I can buy a new system.

Easy to set up, great screen, very fast, Wish the cd player was a little easier to get in and out, but this is a minor problem.

Just got back to Brasil and it popped on me (doesn't work lol)!!!! I will give a proper rating of this product when and if I get it fixed down here. It's kind of a very bureaucratic and difficult process, but I shall succeed!!!!!

This is our second Acer AZ3100. Very happy with this product. Works well, fast. Do not have experience with Acer product support....hopefully will never!! We will see...Thus far, a very happy camper.
