I recommended this MFC to my wife after I had great success with a previous Brother MFC that was a work horse for many years. This machine has been a severe disappointment. Primarily due to very poor image quality on printing. This makes resending any...

I liked this machine while it worked. It's a decent little printer and copier for home use, and it's nice to have a fax machine when you need one--don't know that I ever used the scanner (I have another one that I like). Also, my wife liked the small...

Price, inexpensive toner, decent output

Drum costs more than printer and doesn't last long

Everything except that it burns through drum units

Drum units cost almost as much as the MFC itself and last less than one year and less than 1000 pages--this makes this machine a complete ripoff--do not buy it
