My order arrived defective. Would not power up. Proper AC input verified. I returned it for replacement, in process.

2 minor cons are (1) No Power indicator light and (2) the plugs are very tight fit maybe a little too tight. I can see somebody breaking a connector trying to push them in too hard.

Great system and runs absolutely wonderful, I do think that the cords need to be longer since my unit has the power supply sitting on the bottom and the cords have to be stretched to reach some parts.

DOA from the box. No fan, checked all voltages on the ac side, very disappointing. Will RMA and go with X4.

I used it for less than a day and it quit on me. I sent it back. The price I paid was good and I liked that it had all the connections that I needed with spares.
